Wecome to the online forum for OTB. Before proceeding you should be aware of a few things:
1: This is as secure as I could make it - however it is not watertight. Please be aware of that and avoid posting sensitive material. Treat it as you would the alliance chat module in the game - anything sensitive should be sent in private messages, not as a public post. Be cautious - there are spies everywhere.
2: This is not censored in the way the chat module is - however if you abuse this fact and continually use foul or abusive language you will be barred. Bully or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
3: Not everyone has the same level of experience. If you have been playing the game some time please be patient with those of us who are still finding our feet. Try to be helpful without being patronising.
4: Please introduce yourself in the introductions section - one of the purposes of this is to humanise otb and get to know the people behind the username.
5: The chat box could be very useful for coordiating attacks with the various otb groups and our allies against common targets. However please remember that not everyone in our groups are to be trusted completely - therefore if it a particularly secret mission then it may be best to continue to use mail and whispers.
6: This is very much a work in progress. It will be buggy and difficult to understand - but with your help and cooperation it can also be very useful.
